基于HONcode准则的武汉市某医学院学生选择健康类网站行为影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Influencing Factors of Medical Students' Health Websites Selecting Behavior Based on the HONcode Criterion in a Medical College,Wuhan

目的:构建医学生基于HONcode准则选择健康类网站行为影响因素的理论模型,根据建立的模型对健康信息搜寻行为提出建议。方法:依据HONcode评价网络健康信息的8个准则设计问卷,选取武汉市某医学院1-5年级在校医学生为对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS12.0和AMOS17.0进行描述性统计分析;使用方差分析或非参数检验对问卷各维度进行因素分析;应用克朗巴赫系数法对问卷进行信度检验;运用路径分析法对理论模型和研究假设进行实证验证。结果:问卷整体的克朗巴赫系数为0.944,信度很好;主观知识方面,部分学生并不知健康类网站应遵循HONcode准则以及应公开相关的信息;从感知有用性、使用行为、使用意愿维度,表明医学生认为健康类网站有必要公开HONcode的8项信息,有意愿且会使用这些信息来选择健康类网站;在8项准则中,医学生对信息公开相关学术证明、作者姓名及其资历、信息及时更新3项更为关注。结论:医学生选择健康类网站行为的影响因素较多,主要涉及医学生的主观知识、感知有用性、搜寻努力及使用意愿等维度,各维度间相互影响,相互促进,构成了医学生选择健康类网站行为影响因素的理论模型。通过实证研究认为构建的理论模型是可被接受的。

Objective： On the basis of the HONcode standards, to construct the medical students＇ influences model of medical students ’ health websites selecting behavior, according to the model, the discussion about health information seeking behaviors are proposed.Methods：According to HONcode evaluation of network health information 8 guidelines for designing questionnaire, choosing 1-5 grade students in the med-ical college of Wuhan City were investigated with the questionnaire, using SPS1S2 .0 and AMOS17.0 for descriptive statistical analysis; variance analysis and non-parametric test to analysis the various dimensions factor;the Krone Bach coefficient method for the questionnaire reliability tes-ting; using the path analysis to validate empirically the theoretical model and research hypothesis.Results： The Krone Bach Coefficient of the whole questionnaire is 0.944, reliability is good; the subjective knowledge, some students did not know health sites should follow the HONcode standards and related information should be open to the public;from the perceived usefulness, use behavior and usage intention, medical students think health sites are necessary to open 8 items of HONcode, and they will use this information to choose health sites; in 8 items of HONcode, medical students pay more attention to 3 items：information disclosure related to academic proof, author names and qualifications, the information update.Conclusion： Through the empirical research that the theoretical model is acceptable.
