浙江省温岭市某医院脑外伤康复治疗患者韧性水平与应对疲惫的相关性研究

The Relationship of Resilience Level and Coping with Fatigue in Patients with Brain Injury Accepted Rehabilitation in a Hospital of Wenling City,Zhejiang

目的:了解脑外伤康复治疗患者韧性水平和应对疲惫现状,探讨两者的相关性,为改善脑外伤患者应对疲惫提供参考。方法:采用中文版CD-RISC韧性量表和简明疲惫评估量表对220例脑外伤患者进行问卷调查,采用pearson相关分析和分层回归分析探讨韧性对脑外伤康复治疗患者应对疲惫的影响。结果:220例脑外伤康复治疗患者韧性总分为(62.57±14.41);应对疲惫总分为(10.32±2.15),116例处于应对疲惫状态,占52.73%;疲惫组和非疲惫组性别、家庭收入、改良barthel指数和病程比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);疲惫组坚韧性、自强、乐观和韧性总分均显著低于非疲惫组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);应对疲惫与坚韧性(r=-0.412,P=0.002)、自强(r=-0.344,P=0.020)、乐观(r=-0.353,P=0.014)和韧性总分(r=-0.361,P=0.010)均显著负相关;分层回归分析显示,坚韧性、自强、乐观可联合解释脑外伤康复治疗患者韧性总变异的24.3%。结论:脑外伤患者应对疲惫发生率较高,韧性水平为其影响因素,护士可以此为切入点进行护理干预。

Objective： To investigate the resilience level and coping with fatigue in patients with brain injury accepted rehabilitation in some hospital in Zhejiang Province, and analyze the relationship between them, so as to provide a new perspective to improve the coping with fatigue. Methods：220 patients with brain injury were questionnaired by the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （ CD-RISC） and the Brief Fatigue As-sessment Scale.The Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between resilience level and coping with fatigue in brain injury patients accepted rehabilitation.Results：The total scores of resilience and coping with fatigue were respec-tively （62.57 ＆177;14.41）and （10.32 ＆177;2.15） in patients with brain injury accepted rehabilitation, and the incidence of coping with fatigue was 52.73%.There were significant difference of the sex, family income, modified Barthes index and course of disease in the coping with fatigue group and the non-coping with fatigue group （P〈0.05）;the scores of tenacity, strength, optimism and total score of resilience level in the cop-ing with fatigue group were significantly lower than that in the non-coping with fatigue group （P〈0.05）;pearson correlation analysis shew that the coping with fatigue was significantly negatively correlated with the tenacity , strength, optimism and total score of resilience level （ r =-0.412, -0.344, -0.353, -0.361, P〈0.05）;hierarchical regression analysis shew that tenacity, strength, optimism could explained 24. 3% of the total variance of coping with fatigue in brain injury patients accepted rehabilitation （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The incidence rate of coping with fatigue in the brain injury patients accepted rehabilitation was in a high level, and the resilience level was its influencing factor, the nursing staff could start from the resilience level to improve the coping with fatigue in patients with brain injury accepted rehabilitation .
