摘要
基于2003~2012年中国285个地级及以上城市的统计数据,运用空间计量模型实证分析了集聚经济对城市绿色全要素生产率影响的空间溢出效应。研究结论表明:(1)城市绿色全要素生产率增长由技术效率改善和前沿技术进步共同驱动逐渐转变为由前沿技术进步独自驱动;(2)Jacobs外部性有利于城市绿色全要素生产率增长,MAR外部性和Porter外部性作用不显著;(3)MAR外部性虽然能够促进技术效率改善,但没有促进绿色全要素生产率增长,这是因为技术效率恶化抑制了绿色全要素生产率增长;(4)Jacobs外部性有利于前沿技术进步,并且通过前沿技术进步显著促进了绿色全要素生产率增长。
Using statistical data of 285 cities from 2003 to 2012, this paper studies the effect of agglomeration economicson Chinese Cities' Green Total Factor Productivity using spatial econometric model. The results show that : ( 1 ) green total factor productivity growth is driven firstly by the improvement of technical efficiency and frontier technology progress and then changed by frontier technology progress alone; (2)jacobs externality has positive effect on green total factor productivity, the effect of MAR externality and Porter externality on green total factor productivity is not significant ; (3) MAR externality al- though promote the improvement of technical efficiency, but does not promote green total factor productivity, that is because the technical efficiency deterioration suppress green total factor productivity growth; (4)jacobs externality promote the fron- tier technology progress, and through technological progress significantly promot green total factor productivity growth.
