摘要
以我国高科技企业为样本,研究了企业动态能力的形成机制及影响结果。通过纵向追踪研究发现:战略性人力资源管理的实施、分权式组织结构的设计和创业导向均对企业动态能力的形成与提升具有促进作用;战略性人力资源管理、分权式组织结构和创业导向对企业绩效的促进作用均通过动态能力的中介效应实现;环境动态性在企业动态能力与组织绩效关系中起调节作用,即组织面临的环境动态性越高,企业动态能力对组织绩效的正向影响就越显著。
Taking the high-teeh enterprise as the research sample, this paper analyzes the the main research part is the formation mechanism and influencing restdts of dynamic capability of enterprise. After the longitudinal study, it finds that: implementation of strategic human resource management, design of decentralize organizational structure and entrepreneurial orientation all can promote the formation and the development of dynamic capabilities of enterprises; the promotion of strategic human resource man- age ment, decentralize organizational structure and entrepreneurial orientation plays on performance which all realized through the complete intermediary effect of the dynamic capability; the dynamic of environment plays a moderating role in the relationship be- tween dynamic capabilities and organizational performance which is that positive influence of enterprise dynamic capability on or- ganizational performance is mere remarkable if the dynamic of the environment the enterorise faces is high.
