摘要
通过回顾文献,将MBTI的人格类型与Prediger的二维工作模型结合,分析MBTI人格类型与工作匹配的作用机制,进而绘制企业岗位地图,最终构建以工作匹配为中介变量,工作满意感和工作绩效为结果变量的理论模型。
Through a reflection on previous researches, this paper combines the MBTI personality types and Prediger's dual dimensional model--data/ideas and things/people, and analyzes the mechanism between MBTI personality types and job matching, then constructs the position map, eventually builds up a theoretical model, with job matching as the mediator, job satisfaction and job performance as outcome variables.
