摘要
渔业组织是渔业经济运行的基本单位,其体制和制度的不同将影响海洋渔业经济运行效率以及渔业资源使用效率。我国渔业组织形态不一,选择合适的发展模式是转变海洋渔业发展方式,促进我国海洋渔业发展的重要因素。论文将借鉴国外渔业经济发达国家的渔业发展模式的成功经验,综合考虑我国海洋渔业发展基础和条件,提出乡(镇)一社模式、专业合作社模式、公司+渔民模式、龙头企业+中介机构+渔民模式、产销一体化公司模式、休闲渔业多元化等六种渔业发展模式。
Fisheries organization is the basic unit of fishery economy, its system affects the efficiency of marine fishery economy operating and fishery resources using. The organization form of our fishery is various. To choose a suitable model of development is the important factor to transformation of marine fisheries development and promoting the development of marine fisheries in China. Drawing on the successful experience of foreign fisheries development mode in developed countries and considering China＇s national marine fisheries development foundation and the condition, the fishery development mode is put forward based on different organizational system.
