中国大型海藻资源生态价值分析与评估

Analysis and valuation of ecological value of large macroalgae in China

论文通过查阅文献、收集资料等方式获得海藻总产量、碳税率、工业制氧成本、恩格尔系数、海洋服务投资额、污水处理氮、磷的成本和污染物排污收费标准等基础数据,借鉴陆地植物资源价值评估方法在中国首次对海藻的水质净化功能、固碳制氧功能、吸收重金属物质功能、生物栖息地功能等生态功能和生态价值进行评估,其价值分别为0.50、11.00、8.57、2.23亿元人民币,得出中国大型海藻资源的生态总价值为22.30亿元人民币。在此基础上,提出海藻资源可持续利用的生态保护对策与建议。

Basic data were obtained through literature studies, the collection of data. Using methods of plants resources value evaluation firstly assesses the ecological value of water purification, air adjustment, absorbing heavy metals function, and biological habitat function in China, respectively ￥0.5×10^8、 11×10^8、 8.57×10^8, 2.23×10^8. Eventually it gets the economic valueof large macroalgae resources of ￥ 22.30×10^8.Also, it puts forward the ecological protecting countermeasures and suggestions of sustainable utilization of seaweed resources.
