结合工程实践,讨论了地下防水工程技术规范修编中的热点问题,如渗透结晶防水涂料单独内防,永久性排水、种植顶板厚度,叠合式地下室连续外防,以及一些节点设计新概念,包括通道接口、变形缝与主防水层连续密封、后浇带与水平施工缝、穿墙套管等。

Based on engineering practices, this article discusses hot-spot issues of revision of underground waterproofing engineering technical specification, including capillary crystalline waterproofing coating alone as interior waterproofing, permanent drainage and thickness of planted deck, composite external waterproofing of basement and new concept of detail designs such as channel interface, continuous sealing of deformation joints and main waterproofing layer, post pouring belt and horizontal construction joints, and through wall bushing.
