摘要
采用丁苯乳液与苯丙乳液复配为液料,普通硅酸盐水泥和填料为粉料,制得了符合JC/T 2090—2011标准要求的聚合物水泥防水浆料,并通过塑化剂和增稠剂调整防水浆料的流动性和匀质性,提升其施工涂刷及抗沉降效果,实现了更佳的施工性能和防水效果。
The liquid component was prepared by styrene butadiene latex and styrene acrylic emulsion, the powder component was prepared by Portland cement and fillers, the polymer modified cement waterproofing slurry was prepared by the above liquid and powder components by blending, which met the property requirements of JC/T 2090--2011. The flowing property and uniformity of the slurry were adjusted by plasticizer and thickening agent, which could improve brushing construction and anti-sedimentation effect. Better workability and waterproofing effect were obtained then.
