摘要
采用防排结合技术对大连澳南·明秀山庄地下室进行防水施工。地下室底板采用冷粘法,选用高分子聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材;侧墙和顶板采用热熔法,选用SBS改性沥青防水卷材进行施工;对细部节点做了加强处理,总体防水效果达到设计要求。
The basement of Dalian Aonan Miugxiu Villa adpoted combination of waterproofing and drainage technology. Polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane was used in basement floor by cold sticking method, and SBS modified bituminous waterproofing membrane was employed for side walls and top plate by hot melt method. Details were properly handled and the waterproofing effect meets the design requirements.
