摘要
冷却器的设计涉及到换热系数、换热面积、强化传热形式、强度计算等众多方面,而其中强度计算是产品的设计基础。文章涉及的冷却器的模型由Pro/E wildfire5.0建立,后期转化为CAD通用文件格式导入ANSYS进行FEM分析。IGS或者Parasolid文档导入之后首先需要进行网格划分、载荷加载以及边界条件的设置。ANSYS计算之后便可以在通用后处理软件中观察产品各位置的应力、变形和位移等。
Cooler design is affected by many factors such as heat transfer factor, heat transfer area, enhancement heat transfer type and strength analysis etc. However, the most fundamental factor is strength analysis. The calc, ulation model involved in this paper was built in Pro/E, and transformed into common file type into ANSYS for FEM analysis. Meshing, load applying, and boundaries were defined after IGS or Parasolid file imported, then stress, displacement, and deformation can be observed after cah'ulation.
