摘要
六西格玛管理作为当今主流优化管理模式,具有核心影响力。从规划开始,结合6-Sigma工具从整体上实现物流运作模式的精准设计才能有效降低企业物流运营成本。文章基于霍尼韦尔公司电子材料产品包装及运输时间要求,以精益理念为基础,采用六西格玛设计的方法论和工具,利用价值流程、精益方法以及6-sigma的精准优化方法等将精益物流的理念融入到制造业物流运输流程的规划设计中,通过重新规划运输方案有效降低物流运输成本,使物流运作纳入精益体系。
As the 6-Sigma is a major competitive management tool nowadays in global industry. Start from programming, only the overall transformation with 6 Sigma methodology can reduce operating cost effectively.This article is based on Honeywell Electronic Material's logistics requirement on producting package & transporting,using the design theory and tool of 6 sigma, replaning the new transpotantion plan for precise process evaluation for effective operational cost saving from comprehensive supply chain perspective.
