文章描述了一个系统化改进组织产品或服务的优化模型,通过过程分析和修正,从而实现优化。此模型是由休华特和戴明开发的精密性方法,用于过程分析和改善。文章以戴明循环为基础研究对象,研究其理论、关于TQM的过程改进模型。
The present work describes a model for the systematic improvement of an organization's products or services through analysis and correction of the processes that create them. The model is an elaboration of the method developed by Shewhart and Deming for process analysis and improvement. This thesis regards Deming Circle as the basic research object which studies the theories, the Process Improvement Model about Total Quality Management.
