摘要
文章以江苏盐城沿海滩涂湿地放线菌为研究材料,采用稀释涂布分离法,通过平板菌落计数,测得沿海滩涂土壤不同地点耐盐放线菌数量,初步掌握了沿海滩涂耐盐放线菌的数量及其分布规律,对促进江苏盐城沿海滩涂放线菌资源的可持续开发利用具有重要意义。
In this study, the research materials are actinomyces in mud-flat wetlands of Yan Cheng Jiang Su, the method is dilution coating separation, and the amount of salt tolerance actinomyces are obtained in different coastal beach places by counting, At the same time,the distribution law of salt tolerance actinomyces in coastal beach is mastered preliminary. All of these are have important significance to develop the resources of aetinomyees in mud-flat wetlands of Yan Cheng Jiang Su.
