宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗湿热下注型急性肾盂肾炎60例

Combination of “Ningmitai Capsules” and antibiotics for the treatment of acute pyelonephritis of damp-heat pouring downward pattern

目的观察宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗湿热下注型急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(30例);对照组给予抗生素治疗,治疗组给予宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗,疗程2周;观察两组临床疗效及症状积分、尿检查结果变化情况。结果治疗组愈显率为83.05%,对照组为66.67%;两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状积分均显著降低(P<0.001),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组中段尿培养细菌转阴率高于对照组(94.28%vs 80.00%,P<0.05);治疗后两组及随访两周时尿红细胞和白细胞均较治疗前减少(P<0.001)。结论宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗湿热下注型急性肾盂肾炎临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Ningmitai Capsules＂ and antibiotics in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis of damp-heat pouring downward pattern. Methods Ninety cases were randomized into treatment group （ n = 60 ） and control group （ n = 30 ）. The control group was treated with antibiotics, and treatment group was treated with ＂ Ningmitai Capsules＂ and antibiotics, with tbe course of 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, symptoms score and urine results were observed. Results The total effective rate was 83.05% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of the clinical symptoms were significantly decreased in both groups （ P 〈 O. 001 ）, but without difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The urine bacterial negative rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in the control group （94.28% vs 80.00%, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the urine RBC and WBC counts were reduced after treatment and two-week follow-up visit in both groups （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ＂Ningmitai Capsules＂ and antibiotics is quite effective for acute pyelonephritis of damp-heat pouring downward pattern.
