摘要
振动信号是判断设备故障的重要依据,文章基于TI公司出产的TMS320F28335芯片,以软硬件结合的方式,设计了一种能够监控风机振动情况的监测系统。系统采用加速度传感器LIS344ALH对振动信号进行采集,然后通过DSP28335的A/D转换模块传递给DSP内部进行数据处理,并结合Matlab设计的IIR滤波器对其原始信号进行滤波,将其处理后到的振动信号通过CAN通信模块传递给上位机进行显示。通过实践本系统在工程中有很大发展价值。
The vibration signal is an important part of the wind turbines for judgment. This paper is based on TMS320F28335 chip by TI Company to design a monitoring system which could supervise wind turbines vibration condition. The system uses the acceleration sensor LIS344ALH to collect vibration signals, and then from the DSP28335 A/D conversion module to the DSP internal data processing, combined with IIR filter to filtering the original signal, finally, the vibration signal in the processed through the CAN communication module transfer to the computer for display. The practice test shows that this system has a great value for projects.
