摘要 我国能源日趋紧缺,大功率冶炼工业电弧炉的安全运行与节能降耗是至关重要的。文章通过对软硬件的设计,并依据额定值方法,得到了二次侧电压自动换档以及电弧炉电极的智能控制系统。设计结果表明,通过采用相应的变压器档位开关、固态继电器、温度传感器、交流电量传感器可以很好地采集现场信号,实现系统与生产过程的连接,具有节能降耗并提高产量等显著优点,同时加强了信息管理能力,降低了工人的劳动强度,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 China's energy increasingly scarce, high-power electric Arc Furnace Electric smelting industry safe operation and energy saving is critical. Based on the hardware、software design and rating method, intelligent control system and automatic transmission secondary voltage electric arc furnace electrode were gotten. Design results show that through the use of appropriate transformers, solid state relays and temperature sensor, AC power sensor could capture a good spot signal, connected systems and production pro-cesses, with lower energy consumption and increasing production and other significant advantages, While strengthening the infor-mation management capacity, reducing labor intensity, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
