活血散瘀灌肠液治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果观察

Effect of enema with function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis on endometriosis

目的 观察活血散瘀灌肠液治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果.方法 选取浙江中医药大学附属温州市中医院2013年2月至2014年2月收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组采用安宫黄体酮治疗,8 mg/次,口服,1次/d;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用院内处方药活血散瘀灌肠液治疗,50 ml/次,灌肠,1次/d;疗程均为3周.比较2组患者的中医症状积分、异位囊肿变化、子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数以及血清糖类抗原（CA） 125水平.结果 观察组中医症状积分下降差值明显多于对照组[（12.4±2.2）分比（7.8±2.6）分],观察组囊肿大小减少值明显多于对照组[（2.0±0.4）cm比（1.2±0.4）cm],2组治疗后CA125水平均下降,且观察组下降差值多于对照组[（26.7±2.0）U/ml比（18.8±2.2） U/ml],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.2组治疗后的双侧子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数值均下降,观察组各指标治疗后低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 活血散瘀灌肠液治疗子宫内膜异位症有很好的疗效.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of enema with function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis on endometriosis.Methods Toally 86 patients with endometriosis from February 2013 to February 2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group （43 cases） receiving oral medroxyprogesterone acetate therapy （8 mg/time,1 time/d） and observation group （43 cases） administrated with traditional Chinese medicine enema with function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in addition to the medroxyprogesterone acetate therapy.After 3 weeks of treatment,the Chinese Medicine （TCM） symptom score,endometriotic cyst size,pulsatility index and resistance index of the uterine artery,cancer antigen （CA125） were assessd and compared between the two groups.Results The TCM symptom score,cyst size and CA125 level after treatment in observation group were significantly reduced than those in control group [drop difference：（12.4±2.2） scoresvs （7.8±2.6） scores,（2.0±0.4） cm vs （1.2±0.4） cm,（26.7±2.0） U/ml vs （18.8 ± 2.2） U/ml] （all P ＜ 0.05）.After treatment,the pulsatility index and resistance index of the uterine artery were all decreased,with statistical differences between observation group and control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Enema with function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis has good curative effect on endometriosis.
