消化道隐匿藏毒的X线分析

Abdomen X-ray manifestations of digestive tract in people carrying Packets of drugs

目的 探讨腹部X线检查对消化道隐匿藏毒的诊断价值.方法 对2011年1月至2013年12月在楚雄彝族自治州人民医院进行腹部X线摄片检查的53例消化道隐匿藏毒者的X线片进行回顾性分析.结果 53例消化道隐匿藏毒者,共摄腹部X线片89张.带有包装的毒品颗粒广泛存留小肠、结肠者23例,存留胃腔及空、回肠者7例,回肠下段、右半升结肠者6例,升结肠、横结肠者9例,横结肠、左半降结肠者8例.本研究53例藏毒者腹部X片的3种表现：典型表现41例,占77.2％,疑似表现10例,占18.0％,阴性表现2例,占3.8％,阳性率96.2％.结论 腹部X线检查可明确体内是否藏有毒品,能以快捷、直观、准确的影像表现做出判断,并经详细观察明确毒品在肠道内的存量及位置,是消化道藏毒确诊较为理想的检查方法.

Objective To explore the abdomen X-ray manifestations of digestive tract in people carrying packets of drugs.Methods Radiology data of 53 body packers from January 2011 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were totally 89 X-ray images.The packets of drugs were extensively existed in the small intestine and colon in 23 cases,were existed in the stomach,jejunum and ileum in 7 cases,were existed in the lower ileum and right ascending colon in 6 cases,were existed in the ascending colon and transverse colon in 9 cases,were existed in the transverse and descending colon in 8 cases.Forty one cases （77.2％） showed typical X-ray manifestations,10 cases （18.0％） showed suspected X-ray manifestations,and 2 cases （3.8％） showed negative X-ray manifestations,with a positive rate of 96.2％.Conclusion Abdomen X-ray is a convenient and accurate tool to detect the drugs within the body,which can further reveal the location and dose of drugs in gastrointestinal tract.
