孤独症谱系障碍儿童父亲亲职压力现状及影响因素研究

On the Present Parenting Stress of Fathers of Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Influencing Factors

使用问卷调查法对128名孤独症谱系障碍儿童父亲和母亲及129名普通儿童父亲的亲职压力及其影响因素进行调查。结果发现,孤独症谱系障碍儿童父亲的亲职压力总分和各维度得分均高于普通儿童父亲(P<0.001),孤独症谱系障碍儿童父亲的亲职压力会受其工作时间、家庭收入、孩子就读学校以及父亲获得的主观支持四个因素的影响。同时发现,孤独症谱系障碍儿童父亲的亲职压力与母亲亲职压力之间存在非常显著的正相关(r=0.724,P<0.01)。

The present study, by using a questionnaire to survey parents of 128 children with autistic spec-trum disorders and fathers of 129 ordinary children, aims to explore paternal parenting stress and the factors influ- encing it. The results show the following： The fathers of the children with autistic spectrum disorders scored high than the ordinary children＇s fathers in paternal parenting stress （P 〈 0.001）; the parenting stress of the fathers of the children with autistic spectrum disorders is affected by such factors as their working hours, their family in- come, the schools where their children are studying, and the subjective support; there is a significantly positive correlation in the parenting stress between the fathers of the children with autistic spectrum disorders and the mothers of these children （r= 0.724, P 〈 .01）.
