摘要 目前,石灰石-石膏法脱硫工艺被普遍应用于火电厂烟气脱硫。该湿法脱硫工艺中的石灰石浆液循环泵电流、脱硫浆液的pH值、氧化风机电流、增压风机电流、旁路挡板门开度等5项指标,是反映其运行状况的重要过程参数。通过对上述参数实时监控与综合分析,基于参数间逻辑关系,构建判定模型,从而帮助判断湿法脱硫设施和污染源自动监控设施是否正常运行。 At present, the limestone-gypsum desulphurization technology is widely applied in flue gas desulfurization in coal- fired power plant. The wet desulfurization process of limestone slurry circulating pump current, the slurry pH, oxidative des- ulfurization fan, blower fan current and bypass damper five indices, such as the opening is one of the important process parame- ters reflect the status of its operation. Through real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis of the above parameters, based on the logical relationship between parameters, the evaluation model is built, which can help to judge whether the operation of wet desulfurization facilities and pollution sources automatical monitoring faeilities are normal or not.
