摘要 电力变压器内绝缘主要为绝缘油和有机绝缘材料组成,在热和电的作用下,会逐渐老化和分解,产生少量的各种低分子烃类及CO、CO2等气体,当存在潜伏性故障或放电时,就会加快这些气体的产生速率,故障气体的组成和含量与故障类型和故障严重程度密切关联。因此分析溶解于油中的气体,就能尽早发现变压器内部存在的的潜伏性故障,并进行跟踪,保证主变压器可靠运行。 Power transformer insulation device is primarily composed of insulating oil and organic insulating materials. Due to the effect of heat and electricity, the insulation is gradually aging and decomposing, while generating a small amount of various low-molecular hydrocarbon and gases, such as CO and CO2. When there is a case of potential failure or discharge, the gas production rate will be accelerated. The composition and content of faulty gas have close relationships with type and severity of fault. Therefore, analysising the dissolved gas in oil can detect the potential fault existing in transformer interior as early as possible, also tracking can ensure the operation reliability of main transformer.
