The Planning of Low Calorific Value Coal Source in Shanxi Province and Its Influence on Shanxi Power Grid

摘要 以2015年为规划水平年,结合山西电网现状与低热值煤电源规划情况,探讨了在低热值煤电源与电力外送通道建设时序不同步条件下,部分低热值煤电源由外送转变为内消,从而对山西电网产生的影响。最后建议统筹规划电源与输电网络,促使二者协调发展,避免盲目建设造成浪费。 2015 is the year for planning, with this as an opportunity, combined with the status of Shanxi power grid and the planning situation of low calorific value coal, this paper has presented the influences of low calorific value coal source on Shanxi power grid. Due to asynchronous construction of power transmission channel, part of the coal sources are self-consumed rather than transmissioned. Finally, it is suggested that coordinated planning should be considered in order to avoid the unnecessary financial and material waste.
