摘要
针对EAST快控电源数字执行过程中,采样、控制过程产生的延时,提出了基于灰色预测与常规PID控制相结合的方案。此方案采用灰色预测GM(1,1)对EAST装置的主动反馈控制信号实现新陈代谢灰色滤波及单步预测,在线调整PID参数,用其预测结果代替被控对象测量值进行控制运算,并用仿真和实验操作来说明方案的可行性。基于MATLAB对快控电源反馈控制系统的仿真结果显示,该算法可实现超前调节,提升主动反馈控制响应性能。样机实验运行结果显示该算法可实现对给定信号的跟踪反馈控制。
Aiming at the delay time of sampling and controlling in EAST fast control power supply, the gray prediction combined with conventional PID control is proposed.The gray prediction GM (1, 1) is used to carry metabolic gray filtering and single-step prediction of active feedback control signal, and to amend PID parameter of controller online. The prediction results are used for control operation in place of the measured value of the controlled object .The simu-lations and the experiments are used to illustrate the feasibility of the program's operation.Based on MATLAB the simulation results of fast control power supply feedback control system show that the algorithm can realize ahead of ad-justment and improve the performance of active feedback control response.The experimental results of prototype show that the algorithm can achieve the tracking feedback control of the given signal .
