摘要
以某天然气客车车架为研究对象,通过Solidworks 2012建立三维实体模型,然后将实体模型导入ANSYS Workbench中进行网格划分,建立车架的有限元模型并进行模态分析,为车架结构设计的合理性评价以及结构改进设计提供参考。
Taking the chassis frame of a natural gas bus for the study object, the authors build three-dimensional entity model by Solidworks 2012, then introduce the model into the ANSYS Workbench to divide meshes, set up finite element model of the chassis frame, and carry out modal analysis. This can provide references for the rational evaluation of frame structural design and structural design improvement.
