The authors introduce the idea of modularization design for Pro/Engineer, discuss the features of structure classification to the side cabin-door ＆ side window and construction method of their module base units of the buses / coaches in order to ensure the coordination with body＇s overall layout. They Use the parametric characteristics, the base module unit to evolve into the side cabin-doors, and side windows of various specifications. This displays the flexibility and practicality of module variation.
