摘要
在PbAc4与Na2 CO3 反应体系中 ,加入表面活性剂 (SAA)作为胶团分散剂 ,实验结果表明 :随SAA质量分数增大 ,产物四氧化三铅 (Pb3 O4)粒径逐渐变小 ,当SAA质量分数达到一定 (临界下限 )值时 ,就可以得到纳米级Pb3 O4;当SAA质量分数达到一定 (临界上限 )值时 ,Pb3 O4粒度不再变小。复配表面活性剂质量分数下限为 3 0 %、上限为 5 2 %时 ,红丹粒径最小 ,平均粒度 2 5nm ,为单分散球形粒子。非离子表面活性剂质量分数下限为 4 1%、上限 5 2 % ,可得到片状纳米Pb3 O4粒子。阴离子表面活性质量分数下限 3 1% ,上限 5 2 % ,纳米Pb3
The results show that the diameters of Pb 3O 4 become smaller as the content of surfactants become more in the system of reaction of PbAc 4 and Na 2CO 3.When adding sufactants as the dispersing agent,there are a lowest content(LC)getting nano-particles and a highest content(HC)nano-particles diameter not increased of surfactant.The LC of n-SAA is 3 0 % and the particles are smallest and their mean diameters are 25 nm ,they are dispersing as a single ball in the system when the content of the complex surfactant are 5 2 % (HC).When non-surfactants as the dispersing agent,the shape of nano-particles are nano-pieces and their LC 4 1 % HC 5 2 % .When the surfactant is a-surfactant nano-particles are the connected balls and LC 3 2 % HC 5 2 %.
