最近20年,功能性食品以其前所未有的速度在全球范围内蓬勃发展。本文针对功能性食品的起源及概念、国内外当前发展概况、功能性食品发展中所存在的关键问题以及在食品营养标签中的新要求等方面逐一加以论述。
Recent about 20 years,Functional Food developed in high speed around world.Several important points are reviewed,such as the origin and definition of functional food,the developing situation in domestic and oversea,some critical points existing in the development and the new requirements for nutrition labeling.
