摘要
本文基于"以学生为中心"的教学理念,探讨食品工程原理实验的考核方法,摒弃传统单纯以评价学生实验报告的测评方法,引入课堂表现考核,阶段测评,学习效果反馈等多元化评价方法,构建以提高学生能力为根本的实验课成绩考核与评价,促进学生学习积极性,提高教学质量,并对实践的效果及存在问题进行说明。
In this paper,based on the "student-centered" teaching philosophy,to assess the method of principle of food engineering,Abandon the traditional evaluation methods to evaluate the students’ Experimental Report.The introduction of classroom performance assessment,Phase measurement,Learning feedback and other diversified evaluation methods,To construct and improve the ability of students for the course of performance assessment and evaluation of fundamental,To promote students’ learning enthusiasm,improve the teaching quality,And the practice of the results and the existing problems are described.
