本文基于"以学生为中心"的教学理念,探讨食品工程原理实验的考核方法,摒弃传统单纯以评价学生实验报告的测评方法,引入课堂表现考核,阶段测评,学习效果反馈等多元化评价方法,构建以提高学生能力为根本的实验课成绩考核与评价,促进学生学习积极性,提高教学质量,并对实践的效果及存在问题进行说明。
