Exploration on the Optimization of Practice Teaching System of Biological Engineering Orientation Based on Food Science

以宁夏大学农学院食品科学与工程专业生物工程方向实践教学培养体系改革为实际案例,结合宁夏地区经济的发展和人才需求以及学院学科建设的需要,分析了当前存在的突出问题,对食品生物方向实践教学体系进行系统的分析、改革,提出一系列教改措施并付诸实践,同时在实施过程中不断优化,使该专业的实践教学体系更具特色,更趋合理,更符合拓宽学科专业口径的目标,效果显著,为培养出面向新世纪的高层次创新创业型人才具有一定的指导意义。

Practice teaching system reform of biological engineering major based on food science were researched as an example in Agricultural college of Ningxia University.According to the development of Ningxia economy,demand for talent and discipline construction,In order to make the practice teaching system of biological engineering orientation based on food science more prominent features,more reasonable,more can broaden academic caliber,food biological practical teaching system are analyzed,the reformed,and optimized during the implementation process,thus to train and bring up high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new century.
