摘要 采用二次王水—二次金还原法进行了高纯金提纯工艺研究。该工艺主要由粗金粉化、王水溶金、赶硝、金还原、金熔炼、废气及废水处理等环节组成。实践表明,采用二次王水—二次金还原法获得的高纯金产品质量稳定,且纯度>99.999%。与电解法、溶剂萃取法相比,该工艺具有流程简单、生产周期短及操作方便等优点,对提高企业竞争力和产品附加值具有重要的意义,值得在黄金矿山推广应用。 The two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process is studied for high-purity gold refining.The process includes pulverization of coarse gold, aqua regia, removing nitrate, reduction, smelting waste gas treat- ment and wastewater treatment.The practice shows that the quality of high-purity gold is stable and the purity of product is over 99.999% .Compared to electrolysis and solvent extraction,the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process has advantages of simple flow, short production cycle and convenient operation.The success of the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process has an important significance in improving the competition of enterprise and added value of product.Therefore, the two stage aqua regia-two stage reduction process is worth of promotion in gold manufacture enterprises.
