摘要
阐述了新疆生产建设兵团林权制度改革工作的现状、主要做法和取得的成效,分析了兵团林权制度改革存在的主要问题,结合兵团实际,提出对策与建议,以利于充分发挥林业多种功能,促进兵团现代林业的发展。
This paper described the current status of the Xiujiang Production and Construction Corps＇ forest ten- ure reform, the main practices and achievements, analyzed the main problems, and explored the pratical coun- termeasures and suggestions of the Corps, to facilitate a variety of functions of forestry, and promote the devel- opment of modem forestry of the Xinjiang Corps.
