论警察执法安全保障体系的建构——基于对警察执法安全的多维度分析

On Building Safety System for Policemen's Law Enforcement——on the basis of Multi- analysis on the safety of policemen's law enforcement

警察的执法安全关系着警察队伍的稳定和发展,关系着整个社会的长治久安。然而我国的警察执法安全保障体系不够健全,保障机制和措施相对缺失,对如何全面保障人民警察执法安全研究不足,投入不够。针对目前影响警察执法安全的各类突出问题,应从思想观念、警务保障、维权机制、训练机制等几个方面探索建构切实有效的警察执法安全保障体系。

The safety of policemen＇ s law enforcement is related to the stability and development of police forces and a long and peaceful reign of whole society. However, safety system for policemen＇ s law enforcement in our country is not strong enough ; security mechanism and measures are relatively deficient; the researches on how to ensure the safety of policemen＇ s law enforcement are poor and the devotion on them is insufficient. Based on kinds of present outstanding problems which affect policemen＇ s law enforcement, feasible and effective safety system for policemen＇ s law enforcement should be explored and built from ideas, policing guarantee, right - safe- guarding mechanism, training mechanism and other aspects.
