摘要
遗产管理制度是《继承法》修订的一个重要内容。对遗产管理进行监督,是法律应有之义。本文试图从遗产监督的主体、内容及责任等方面来构建遗产监督制度。完善的遗产监督制度,对于避免、消除因遗产分配而诱发的家庭、社会矛盾具有积极意义。
Heritage supervision system is an important part in Inheritance Law. It is necessary for law to supervise heritage man- agement. The paper tries to build heritage supervision system from the subject, contents, liability and other aspects. Perfect heritage supervision system plays an important role in avoiding and eliminating the domestic and social contradictions resulted from heritage dis- tribution.
