The paper briefly introduces the basic development situation of Massive Open Online Course（MOOCs） and its influence to medical college and university libraries,discusses the strategies of embedded subject service based on MOOCs from the aspects of curriculum design,copyright verification,reader information literacy education.It points out that medical college and university libraries should realize the importance of MOOCs,innovate the concept and provide better service for readers.
