摘要
采用基于磁矢量的麦克斯韦方程组与流体动力学方程组耦合求解的方法,利用F luent流体仿真软件建立在外加纵向磁场作用下的自由电弧数值模型。分析在不同强度磁场焊接电弧速度场与温度场的分布情况,着重研究焊接电弧分布规律,为纵向磁场下的电磁焊接行为的研究奠定了一定的理论基础。
In this paper,a coupled solution for Maxwell equations and fluid dynamics equations based on magnetic vector is used to establish a numerical model of freedom arc in external longitudinal magnetic field by Fluent fluid simulation software. The distribution of the velocity field and temperature field of welding arc under different intensities of the magnetic field is analyzed,and the distribution of welding arc is studied,which establishes a theoretical foundation for the study of the behavior of electromagnetic welding in longitudinal magnetic field.
