摘要
基于熔化极惰性气体保护焊快速成形技术,引入激光热源,提出激光-TIG复合热源快速成形技术,并采用该技术制作铝合金墙体零件。结果表明:相比常规M IG焊,激光-MIG复合焊过程中电弧在激光的作用下,其作用范围减小,作用精度提高,稳定性增强,提高了零件表面质量和精度。
Based on the metal inert gas welding rapid prototyping technology,the laser heat source is introduced and laser-TIG hybrid welding rapid prototyping technology is proposed in this paper,and an aluminum wall parts are formed by this technology. The results show that:compared to conventional MIG welding,the laser reduces the scope of the arc,improves the precision and stability in laser-MIG hybrid welding process,and thereby improves the surface quality and precision of parts.
