摘要 伺服电机具有调速比宽、转动扭矩大、定位精确、体积小等优点,采用伺服电机来压缩弹簧,再对电极施加焊接压力能有效提高焊接压力控制精度,并对焊接力和焊点熔深进行精确控制。基于伺服电机加压的阻焊机具有其独到之处,在各类阻焊装备上获得了成功的应用。 There are many advantages of Servo-motor control system,such as wide speed regulation range,strong turning torsion,precise positioning and smaller size. Compressing mechanical spring by servo-motor,and then putting welding pressure on the electrode can effectively improve the control accuracy of welding pressure,and the accuracy control both for welding pressure and penetration of welding spot could raise effectively. The resistance welding machine based on servo-motor has unique feature and has been successfully applied in various resistance welding equipments.
