基于机器人控制系统的镁合金环缝搅拌摩擦焊接头性能 被引量:2

摘要 基于ABB机器人控制系统的搅拌摩擦焊方法,进行了5 mm厚AZ31B-H24镁合金环缝的单道次对接焊试验,并进行显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能的测试和分析。结果表明,镁合金环缝接头成形性好、内部无缺陷,并具有较佳的力学性能和疲劳性能。接头在-20℃、20℃和150℃时的抗拉强度分别达到母材的97.7%、97.3%和97.2%;0.5σb、0.6σb、0.7σb、0.8σb应力加载级别时的疲劳寿命分别达到母材的95.4%、95.8%、95.3%和95.9%。 AZ31B-H24 magnesium alloy ring seam of 5 mm-thick were once welded by friction stir welding based on ABB control system robot.And the microstructure,mechanical properties and fatigue property were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the joint by friction stir welding were with good surface state,no defect and excellent mechanical properties and fatigue property.The tensile strength of joint at the temperature of-20 ℃,20 ℃ and 150 ℃ were 97.7%,7.3% and 97.2% that of the base material respectively.And the fatigue life at the yield grade of 0.5σb,0.6σb,0.7σb and 0.8σb were 95.4%,95.8%,95.3% and 95.9% that of the base material respectively.
