摘要
青岛火车北站工程采用大跨度拱形预应力结构体系,设计独特新颖,造型复杂,其中主体构件横梁为半椭圆异形截面,在钢结构建筑中首次采用,常规加工工艺难以满足其制作精度要求,且无可借鉴加工工艺。以横梁为例,着重阐述在工厂制作过程中的异形截面半椭圆形瓦片的成型技术及精度控制方法,通过各工序的质量精度控制、合理的装配工艺、有效的焊接工艺及变形控制等措施,实现横梁的制作质量精度要求,可供类似截面构件的制作借鉴参考。
North train station project of Qingdao uses large span arch prestressed structural system,with unique and novel design and complex modeling.The main component beam is a semi elliptical shaped cross section for the first time used in steel structure buildings.Conventional processing technology is difficult to meet the machining accuracy requirement and there is no process to recommend.Therefore,taking the beam as an example,focuses on the half oval tile shaped section prototyping technology and precision control methods in the factory production process,through the process of quality control,reasonable assembly process,effective welding technology and deformation control measures to achieve the production quality and accuracy requirements of beam,which can be used for production of similar section component to reference.
