摘要
凸轮轴是汽车发动机的重要部件之一。采用激光熔覆技术对铸铁凸轮轴的磨损部位进行尺寸修复,检测修复层的性能,并采用电解加工方法对修复后的凸轮面进行精加工,以求开发一种低成本、高效率的铸铁凸轮轴的再制造配套技术。
Camshaft is a major component in motor car engine. Using laser cladding method to recover the size of worn cast iron camshaft,detect the performance of the repair layer. And then finish machine should be conduct on CAM surface by electrolyzed machining method,to develop a remanufacturing technique with low cost and high efficiency.
