拉伸试样制备要求进行量化的探讨

摘要 提出N B/T47014-2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》标准中拉伸试样制备要求的文字与附图存在表达含义不统一的问题,使企业在制备拉伸试样时出现理解偏差,出现两种加工方法。通过分析提出影响焊缝与母材齐平的关键因素是错边量,对承压设备错边量的相关规定进行了分析,通过误差值分析确定了试件制造公差的1/4系数,并结合G B150-2011《压力容器》标准及相应专业的公差确定规则,提出对标准条款的修改建议。修订后的条款有利于企业对标准条款理解统一,可操作性好,具有一定的参考价值。 The expressions are not uniform in the text and figures about the request of tension specimen preparation in the NB/T47014-2011 Standard,Pressure Equipment Welding Procedure Qualification,which would cause the understanding errors when preparing the tensile specimen in enterprises,and two kinds of processing methods appear. By analyzing the factors that affect the flush of the weld joint and base metal,it is found that the alignment tolerance is the key factor. On the relevant provisions of the pressure equipment alignment tolerance is analyzed,identify specimens manufacturing tolerance factor 1/4 by the error value analysis.Based on the GB150-2011 Standard,Pressure-Vessel,and professional rules for tolerance determination,some suggestions are proposed to the terms in the NB/T47014-2011 Standard. The revised terms will be help to the understanding of the standard rightly and be easy to implement.
