摘要
采用TWE-110K3药芯焊丝对Q690高强钢厚板进行MAG焊工艺研究。通过一系列的焊接性试验数据及组织分析,结果表明,Q690高强钢厚板具有较大的淬硬倾向。只要合理控制焊道间的温度和焊接热输入,可有效防止焊接冷裂纹的产生。焊缝表面成形良好,获得了良好的性能和合理分布的组织,可以满足使用要求。
The flux-cored wire TWE-110K3 is used to study the MAG welding process of the thick plate of Q690 high-strength steel.Through a series of welding test data and microstructure studies,the conclusion is easily reached that the thick plate of Q690 highstrength steel has high tendency of hardenability.The temperature and welding heat input of interpass can be controlled reasonably to prevent the welding cold cracks effectively. Furthermore,good weld appearance,great property and reasonably distributing microstructure can meet the usage requirements.
