摘要
核电厂安全壳机械贯穿件是反应堆安全壳内、外部流体输送的关键部件,其焊接质量要求严格。阐述了机械贯穿件的结构和材料,并结合多个核电项目制造活动中积累的经验,研究机械贯穿件的焊接技术,重点分析机械贯穿件的焊接工艺、焊缝检验以及产品见证件要求等,可为国内机械贯穿件的规范化制造提供值得借鉴的技术指导。
Mechanical penetration of containment vessel in nuclear power station is the key component for transferring fluid between inner and outer of containment vessel,and its welding quality is very strict. The article presents the structures and materials of mechanical penetration. In combination with experience accumulated in manufacturing of several nuclear projects,studies welding technology of mechanical penetration and importantly analyzed welding process,NDT,production weld rest coupon and so on. It would provide recommendable technical guideline for normalized manufacturing of civil mechanical penetration in the future.
