摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)研制开发的FC-32A齿球型催化剂生产过程及工业应用结果。结果表明,采用专有齿球制备技术,能有效地解决齿球型催化剂制备过程中的难点,其物化性质和实验室结果吻合,说明催化剂抚顺分公司专有制备技术已成熟,能满足现有生产技术要求,制备工艺无特殊环保要求。FC-32A齿球型催化剂在中海油舟山石化有限公司170万t/a馏分油加氢装置进行工业应用,装置运转初期表明,催化剂装填效果较好,反应器总压降0.17 MPa,略低于上周期的0.20 MPa,齿球型催化剂反应器的径向温差小于3℃,装置目的产品的主要性质均满足企业的要求。
The production process and industrial application of FC-32A tooth spherical catalyst developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) were introduced. The result shows that the special tooth spherical catalyst preparation technology can effectively solve the ball tooth forming problem of the spherical catalyst. The physical and chemical properties are in accordance with laboratory results. The preparation technology is mature, no special environmental requirements. The catalyst has been successfully applied in Zhoushan petrochemical Co., Ltd. 1.7 Mt/a distillate hydrocracking device. Early run results show that the catalyst loading effect is good, the total pressure drop of reactor is 0.17 MPa, slightly less than the period of 0.20 MPa, the main properties of products can meet the requirements of the enterprise.
