摘要
在压力容器大开孔计算中,常常使用有限元方法,传统有限元模型只考虑到接管对补强的影响,结果相对保守。在低压大开孔计算中法兰结构常常起到加强接管补强的作用。对不同厚度下的无法兰与带法兰模型进行了有限元计算和比较,并总结了接管伸出长度对带法兰模型的影响。
Calculation of large opening for the pressure vessel often uses the finite element method; the conventional finite element model only considers the impact of nozzles on the reinforcement, so the result is conservative. The flange structure in low pressure large opening calculations can often strengthen the reinforcement role of nozzles. In this paper, finite element calculation and comparison of models without flange or with flange under different thickness were carried out; influence of nozzle's length on the model with flange was investigated.
