摘要
使用粉未压片法制取样品,X射线荧光光谱法测定大理石中氯含量。确定了方法最佳测定条件,该方法操作简便,分析速度快,条件易控制,氯元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.7%。经大量实验证明,采用本方法测定,分析时间短,准确度较高,结果令人满意。
The X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method for determination of C1 content in marble was developed. The optimum analytical conditions were investigated. The results show that the method is simple, convenient and rapid; the RSD is 5.7% for C1.
