摘要
建立了2,4-二硝基苯肼固相吸附-高效液相色谱同时测定塑料电器产品中15种醛酮类化合物的方法。研究了固相吸附采样和前处理方法,优化了实验条件,并进行了线性关系、回收率、精密度等试验。结果表明:本方法线性范围0.1~10 mg/L,相关系数大于0.999 0,最低检出限(按采样体积60 L计)小于0.005 mg/m3,回收率在88.4%~108.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%。
A method using 2,4-DNPH soild phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was established for determination of 15 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in the plastic electrical and electronic products. The adsorbents and pre-treatment were tested and the analysis conditions were optimized. Under optimized conditions, good linear correlation, recovery and precision were obtained. The linearity range of the testing method is 0.1~10 mg/L, the correlation coefficient is more than 0.999 0, the lowest detection limit is less than 0.005 mg/m^3 by 60 L sampling air, the recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 88.4%~108.4% and less than 2% respectively.
