摘要
贵州省2000年开始实施退耕还林工程,迄今10余年,对贵州省涵养水源、防风固沙、防止水土流失,净化水质和空气等起到了很好的作用,因此研究和监测耕地的动态变化对于评价退耕还林工程实施效果具有重要意义。以ARCGIS平台为基础,利用2000年、2005年和2010年获取的Landsat TM/ETM遥感数据,对贵州省耕地的动态变化进行了监测,并制图分析。结果表明:2000年以来贵州省耕地面积不断减少,10年间下降了6 141.70km2,退耕还林工程是耕地变化的主要原因,耕地变化总面积的56.49%转化为林地,又有35.00%转化为草地,退耕还林工程成效卓著;2005年以来,建筑用地占用耕地成为了耕地变化的主要原因之一。
In Guizhou province,the returning cultivated land into forest project started in 2000 has more than ten years.Which has played a big role in conserving water,preventing windbreak and sand -fixation,preventing the soil erosion,purifying water quality and air,and so on.So researching and monitoring dynamic change of cultivated land is of great significance to evaluate the efficacy of the implementation of returning cultivated land to forest project.The paper,based on the platform of ARCGIS,using 2000,2005 and 2010 to obtain the remote sensing data,had monitored the dynamic change of cultivated land in Guizhou,and mapped analysis.The results showed that the cultivated land area was on the decline in Guizhou province since 2000,and dropped 6 141.70km2 in 10 years,which is mainly due to the returning cultivated land into forest project.In this period of time,56.49% of total area of the cultivated land change into forest land,and 35.00% into the grass.Apparently returning cultivated land to forest project has achieved spectacular results.But since 2005,building land took up cultivated land became one of the main causes of cultivated land change.So in Guizhou province,at the same time of continuing the implementation of returning cultivated land to forest project,we should strengthen the control of construction land.
