摘要
试验旨在研究不同地方猪种的生长性能、消化能力和肠道发育情况.选择33~36日龄的合作猪、香猪和八眉猪各20头.结果表明:合作猪和香猪的日增重和料肉比比较接近,八眉猪由于体型的差异,日增重显著高于合作猪和香猪,料肉比显著低于合作猪和香猪.八眉猪在能量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪等方面表观消化率均显著高于合作猪,高于香猪,但差异不显著;而合作猪在三个品种中表现出较好的粗纤维消化率.香猪的日粮脂肪酸中亚油酸含量显著高于合作猪(P<0.05),极显著高于八眉猪(P<0.01);八眉猪的日粮亚麻酸含量显著高于合作猪和香猪(P<005).不同地方猪种在日粮不饱和脂肪酸消化率差异较大.
The aim of this study was to research the growth performance, digestive ability and intestinal developmental con- dition of different native pig breeds, and 20 Hezuo pigs, 20 Xiang pigs and 20 Bamei pigs of 33 to 36 days old were selected. The results indicated that average daily gain and feed efficiency of Hezuo pig were close to Xiang pig. Due to somatotype differ- ence, average daily gain of Bamei pig was higher than that of Hezuo pig and Xiang pig significantly (P〉 0.05), feed efficiency of Bamei pig was lower than Hezuo pig and Xiang pig significantly (P〉 0.05). Apparent digestibility of crude protein, energy and crude fat of Baimei pig were higher than Hezuo pig, but there was no significant difference. Digestibility of crude fibre of Hezuo pig was the best among three different native pig breeds. Linoleic acid content of dietary fatty acids in Xiang pig was higher than Hezuo pig and Bamei pig (P〈 0.05). Linolenic acid content of dietary in Bamei pig was higher than Hezuo pig and xiang pig (P〈 0.05). There was a very difference in digestibility of dietary unsaturated fattyacid among native pig breeds.
